Our Building Got Ink'd
Part of being a multi-site church is having a certain branding that makes each location look and feel the same as the rest of them. One way we accomplish this is through series art and signage on the exterior of the building. This is usually provided to us by the central team in the form of vinyl banners which look pretty good.
We did a little investigating though, and found out that one of our locals... Jake Beeson, has a certain skill that is a by-product of a misfit youth! He can tag. By tag, I mean he can spray paint on walls and it looks phenomenal.
We asked Jake to cover a wall near the main entrance with the series art for the Warrior series, the middle of the building with a logo for Switch, and the front corner with the OnePrayer logo. All of the work he did by just using regular cans of paint from Home Depot and he just starts painting....no tracing....just all free hand. So, we've been using his skills...take a gander...

Derrick - This is Steve Harrison's little bro....Man, Jake is awesome to say the least. Send Him down here to do the front of our building with one prayer, please!!! Blessings to ya and the rest of Lifechurch Tulsa crew (hope to check on you guys the last week of July when I visit). Later....
WOW!
That looks awesome!
Yeah, Jake is very talented. I'll keep posting more photos of things that he does for us. We actually have saved a lot of money by doing this instead of purchasing the vinyl banners.
Thanks for the feedback!

You guys always take it up a notch in series promotion. Love it!

I appreciate the links to your blogs. That's nice. Pretty soon Jake will be tagging the new FUSE classes at all the Oklahoma campuses. I'm excited for him to get more exposure. It's great to have a talented guy on site!
